"Through further investigation, a victim was located with a gunshot wound, however was uncooperative with police," officers said.

Police have charged a 42-year-old Newcastle, Ont. man and are searching for a female suspect after a man was allegedly kidnapped from his home, beaten with a baseball bat and robbed.
