The Surrey RCMP confirmed Thursday that its Special Victims Unit has identified a person of interest in connection with an incident at the Newton Wave Pool last Friday.

"My daughter was sexually assaulted in the washroom on Friday afternoon and I just want people to know because the person is still out there."
