The latest report from the Auditor General of Ontario raises concerns about colleges and their increased reliance on international student fees.

The annual 'Who's Hungry' report by Daily Bread Food Bank and North York Harvest reported an overall 14 per cent increase in food bank visits since the recession of 2008.

French Language Services Commissioner Francois Boileau said if nothing is done to address the issue, Ontario's francophone demographic may decrease to the point where it becomes insignificant and public services for the population are hard to come by.
