There are growing concerns after the National Advisory Committee on Immunization says that the mRNA vaccines were preferred over AstraZeneca and J&J shots.

While it's understandable to want more precise data, experts say what we know now doesn't mean the shot is unsafe for seniors, nor should it erode what are clear benefits.
