The U.N. migration agency said Friday that more than 60 people are either confirmed dead or missing and presumed dead following the shipwreck of a boat carrying Rohingya Muslims who were fleeing from violence in Myanmar to Bangladesh.

The latest round of violence in Myanmar's Rakhine state erupted when a Rohingya insurgent group launched deadly attacks on security posts Aug. 25

Don't expect the United States to step in and resolve what is increasingly being described as an ethnic cleansing campaign against Myanmar's Rohingya Muslims.
