Mosaic says roughly 45 workers will remain at the Colonsay ,Sask., potash mine to complete safety checks and minimal maintenance.

More than 300 potash mine workers are preparing to be laid off next week as Mosaic’s Colonsay location is ready to indefinitely shut down.
