RCMP said the victims work for Emcon Services and were in the eastbound lane of Highway 16 when they were struck. The collision occurred on Wednesday.

A 78-year-old woman from Mannville, Alta., died overnight after the vehicle she was driving was involved in a collision on Highway 16.
