RCMP Commissioner Bob Paulson offered a tearful apology to hundreds of past and current female officers who experienced incidents of bullying and sexual harassment.

The RCMP will announce the settlement of major harassment claims today that could see hundreds of current and former female Mounties compensated tens of millions of dollars.
