Winnipeg police say a woman was arrested after unlicensed cannabis products and bear spray were found in a store on Alfred Avenue during an inspection.

Police say each charge carries a fine of $2542 and the estimated street value of the liquor seized, for resale in the community of Cross Lake, is in excess of $3600
