Hillborough Mayor Bob Rochon said so many people are moving in to the New Brunswick village near Moncton, that it's creating stress on its infrastructure.

'It's a very important road, not only for the people who live here but for the businesses. Tourism is a major business,' said Phyllis Sutherland of the Fundy Tourism Association.
