Those who witnessed a tragic skydiving accident in Gimli, Man., on Saturday had to wait 36 minutes until an ambulance arrived — a time span beyond Shared Health's standards.

Filmmaker Jean du Toit, 53, an experienced skydiver, died on the scene Saturday evening at the Gimli Industrial Park.
