Jayson Gilbert and Michael Drynock are also facing kidnapping and attempted murder charges in connection to the death of Branton Regner.

A warrant has been issued for 23-year-old Michael Drynock of Deep Creek, who has been charged with two counts each of attempted murder and kidnapping.
