During last spring's Fort McMurray wildfire, James O'Reilly watched his house burn down on security camera. Now, one year later, he said he can't wait to get the keys to his new home.

James O’Reilly said he watched his home go up in flames on his iPhone shortly after the man and his wife fled the house with nothing but some clothing on Tuesday.
