Ticketmaster sent an email to select fans informing them they will have a "limited opportunity" to purchase no more than 2 tickets for one of Taylor Swift's upcoming shows.

In a statement posted to Taylor Swift's Instagram account, the singer criticized Ticketmaster's messy handling of ticket sales for her upcoming The Eras Tour.
