Four key suspects in the killing of Haiti's president appeared for the first time in U.S. federal court Wednesday to face accusations that they plotted his assassination.

Some migrants said the recent devastating earthquake in Haiti and the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse make them afraid to return to the country.
