Guelph police and bylaw officers laid nearly 50 charges during homecoming on Saturday, almost half coming on Chancellors Way during an illegal street party with 1,200 people.

University of Guelph president Charlotte Yates says she is disappointed with the massive street party that took over Chancellors Way on Saturday during homecoming.
