Empire Company Ltd. has signed a deal to buy a majority stake in specialty grocery store chain Longo's and its Grocery Gateway e-commerce business for $357 million.

Grocery Gateway will start delivering a selection of 160 different wine and spirits to customers this week as long as you spend at least $45 worth of groceries.
