An Edmonton hobby farmer has been given extra time to part with his flock of sheep after the City of Edmonton ordered him to get rid of his animals earlier this summer.

A hobby farmer in southeast Edmonton has been given until Sept. 20 to get rid of his 50 sheep or face a fine of $500 per animal.
