A Vermont judge has released actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi from custody and the couple says they'll now address 5-year-old criminal charges in California.

In a bizarre video that surfaced online Tuesday, actor Randy Quaid simulates intercourse with his wife Evi while she is wearing a photo of News Corporation chair Rupert Murdoch as a mask.
