The Saskatchewan RCMP are joining the Regina Police Service in warning the public about a new scam involving a text message, a payment demand and threats against loved ones.

Police said B.C. fraudsters are sending videos to their victims, appearing to show the fraudsters armed with rifles driving to the victim's homes.
