Dr. Luke, formerly known as Lukasz Gottwald, sued Pebe Sebert back in October 2014 for defamation, claiming that Kesha’s mother was allegedly spreading lies about his character.

"Lukasz Gottwald is no longer the CEO of Kemosabe Records and does not have authority to act on its behalf," a new court filing made by Sony's legal team states.
