One person was shot near the Rideau Centre and the ByWard Market on Thursday afternoon, police said. No suspect is yet in custody.

Police said Friday that one of the three people injured in the shooting has been released from hospital. Police are also seeking surveillance or dash-cam footage from Wednesday morning.
