People, tents and a whole lot of garbage surrounded the safe drug consumption site in downtown Kelowna Monday morning, an ongoing issue for local businesses and city staff.

The One City Peterborough team will be downtown during the day cleaning carts, sweeping sidewalks, picking up litter and performing other micro-cleaning tasks.
