Paul Singla and Randy Toor made their first appearance via their lawyers in Penticton provincial court on Wednesday for their alleged roles in a B.C.-wide immigration fraud network.

Surinder Singla and Randhir Toor are accused of counselling or attempting to counsel people to submit fraudulent immigration applications.
