Dennis Hof, a brothel owner and reality TV star who died last month, has won Nevada’s 36th Assembly District.

Billing himself as “the Trump of Pahrump,” Dennis Hof wrote a memoir in 2015 titled “The Art of the Pimp,” akin to Trump’s book “The Art of the Deal.”

Nye County sheriff Lt. David Boruchowitz said an employee at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch brothel outside of Las Vegas summoned authorities a little before 11 a.m. Tuesday after Hof was found unresponsive and not breathing.
