Norrie Matthews has taken up the fight against meningitis B following the death of his 19-year-old son, Kai, last year at Acadia University.

In an email to students and faculty, the Dalhousie University community was told an outbreak of meningococcal disease was being declared for the Shirreff Hall residence.
