A tentative agreement with CUPE Local 1453 was reached on Jan. 24 and ratified by members on Jan. 28 and approved by Catholic school board trustees on Feb. 7.

The Peterborough Victoria Northumberland Clarington Catholic District School Board said funding changes mean the loss of 65 full-time equivalent support workers for 2022-2023.
