The Correctional Service of Canada said 28 inmates at the prison are affected by a COVID outbreak and staff have put measures in place to minimize the spread of the virus. 

While the new outbreaks have led to dozens of inmates having become infected with COVID-19, the number of cases among prison staff has been much higher.
