The government of New Brunswick said Monday that more sites for COVID-19 wastewater surveillance are "being investigated" with support from the provincial and federal governments. 

Officials said the data could help inform whether the number of people infected with COVID-19 in Barrie is increasing, decreasing or staying the same.
