Just before 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 28, emergency crews responded to a single vehicle crash on County Road 21, located about eight kilometres north of the village of Colborne.

In the three-vehicle crash, a full-sized pickup truck and a mid-sized sedan collided head-on, police say.
