Halifax Regional Police say they were called to the collision at the corner of the Bedford Highway and Convoy Run at around 9:50 p.m.

A man was slammed into his own vehicle and knocked to the ground after being hit by a piece of wood in a trailer being pulled by another truck in Bedford.
