Investigators are reviewing security footage and speaking to witnesses, in an effort to determine whether Thursday's fire is related to an arson that occurred on March 26.

The fire at the Chinese Cultural Centre in Vancouver's Chinatown is the third two-alarm fire in the area in as many days, according to an assistant fire chief.
