Mariupol's city council says it was not yet possible to examine the area where the poisonous substance had allegedly been used because of enemy fire.

A local battalion unit said an unknown "poisonous substance" was dropped on Mariupol by a Russian drone, causing respiratory failure and symptoms of vestibulo-atactic syndrome.
