A Mississauga retired Montessori teacher is the plaintiff in a proposed class-action lawsuit that asks the federal government to stop asking for CERB repayments.

The CRA said it will work with taxpayers who can't afford to repay the CERB they received amid the COVID-19 crisis in 2020 'on a case-by-case basis.'
