Saskatoon city council voted six-to-four in favour of bringing a cannabis business licence fee down from $10,000 to the standard $85 rate.

While Saskatoon city council has voted in favour of a $20,000 licensing fee for cannabis businesses, it wasn’t a unanimous decision.
