John Ainsworth's testimony at the second-degree murder trial of Dennis Oland on Thursday leaves open the possibility that the multimillionaire businessman was killed during his son's visit.

On Tuesday, Const. David MacDonald testified that the jacket was among the items taken from Dennis Oland's Rothesay, N.B., home under a search warrant.

Kearsey testified the DNA typing profiles obtained from five samples extracted from the jacket matched those of the known sample from Richard Oland.
