The crash occurred around 9:36 a.m.on Highway 401 just west of the Bloomfield Road interchange, and involved a small car and a pickup truck, police said.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene and two people are in hospital, all from the same pickup truck, following a serious seven vehicle crash late Sunday afternoon.
