Born in Canada but living in Norway for the past three decades, Mark Fuhrmann is raising money for Doctors Without Borders and Captains Without Borders by paddling 10,500 km.

Environment Canada issued a warning at 8:50 a.m. for heavy rain in several northern communities on Sunday, through to Monday morning.
