Now that Canada has approved AstraZeneca's coronavirus vaccine, Canada has secured more than enough doses to inoculate the entire country — but they aren't all the same.

The shot is the third COVID-19 vaccine given the greenlight by the European Medicines Agency, after ones made by Pfizer and Moderna.
