An attempt by a Kelowna church leader to appeal the ticket he got when he broke pandemic-related gathering orders in B.C.'s highest court has been quashed. 

A Charter challenge by the pastor of Kelowna Harvest Church was dismissed on the basis that it would be a collateral attack on the PHO’s Jan. 8, 2021 Gathering and Events Order.
