Some ticketholders are frustrated Ticketmaster won't refund them ahead of the Arcade Fire's upcoming Vancouver show, as frontman Win Butler faces sexual misconduct allegations.

In a statement, Feist says she was already in a pub in Dublin when she first learned of the allegations. She performed the first two nights of the scheduled dates.
