Andrew Baldwin was fatally stabbed in a Surrey home in 2019 over a drug debt, according to a sentencing document published Tuesday.

Jordan Bottomley and Jagpal Hothi were arrested by homicide investigators on Friday and have been charged with first-degree murder.
