While Windsor police said that vehicles are beginning to be ticketed and towed, around 200 protesters still gathered near the bridge into Saturday afternoon and evening.

The development comes in the wake of Premier Doug Ford declaring a state of emergency in Ontario, as the so-called "freedom convoy" enters its second week in the province.
