The Canadian Airports Council has called on the federal government to do away with random tests and questions at customs to ease the delays for international arrivals.

Greater Toronto Airports Authority said last week that staffing issues at the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority were causing long lines at Toronto's Pearson Airport.
