A senior Manitoba judge has won a temporary 11th-hour ban on the use of graphic sex photographs taken of her from being used at her disciplinary hearing next week.

A lawyer for a senior Manitoba judge facing removal over nude photographs her husband posted of her on the Internet compared her Monday to celebrity hacking victims who have faced the same fate.

King became notorious for sparking a judicial scandal involving nude photos of his wife, Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench associate justice Lori Douglas.
