The ATA said Tuesday that it plans to take legal action in response to a ministerial order they believe threatens to reduce how much control teachers have over their pensions.

The Alberta Teachers' Association says it is "incensed" by recent changes the UCP government has made that it says take control away from teachers when it comes to their pensions.
