The Alberta College of Paramedics admitted that they had a data breach of their online database. A release sent to Global News Saturday said someone gained access to their servers online, resulting in access to confidential information.

"We have not cancelled a practitioner's registration due to PTSD." The Alberta College of Paramedics published an open letter defending the way it handles employees returning to work after illness.

A local paramedic sought treatment after being diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Now, despite an all clear from his psychologist, he's being prevented from returning to his duties.
