Michael Forest Reinoehl had a .380-calibre handgun when he was killed on Sept. 3 near Lacey, Washington, according to the Thurston County Sheriff's Office, the lead agency investigating the shooting.

The information justified an arrest warrant for Michael Reinoehl for the murder of Aaron “Jay” Danielson, one day after Reinoehl was killed by authorities in Washington state.

Michael Forest Reinoehl was believed to be the man who killed Aaron J. Danielson in a shooting during protests in Portland on Saturday.
