Steinem, a prolific American feminist, author, activist and figurehead of the women's rights movement, died on Wednesday at her home in New York City, she was 92.

Miss Piggy was honoured Thursday at the Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art at the Brooklyn Museum, joining the likes of Sandra Day O'Connor, Toni Morrison and Connie Chung.
