Regina unveils renewed, more accessibile Wascana Pool site
City of Regina senior project manager Eric de Waal said the renewed Wascana Pool has undergone major changes to make the facility more accessible during a tour on Tuesday. “The lessons learned in previous builds are reflected at the Wascana Pool. which succeeds at creating greater accessibility” de Waal said.

‘It needs to stop!’: Owner of dead dog pleads for end to use of rabbit poison
On the evening of July 17th Coffee, a four-year-old purebred Standard Poodle, was playing in Wascana View neighborhood park. His owners saw him eating grass and rabbit droppings and took him home. A few days later the dog passed away. Subsequent blood work done by a Regina veterinarian revealed poison.
